We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional patient care by providing comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, and ensuring safe and effective medication management. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and guiding pharmacy staff, students, and residents.
Interpret and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
Document clinical activities, interventions, and patient education according to policy.
Provide timely dispensing of medications and verify medications prepared by pharmacy personnel.
Communicate and consult with providers and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related issues and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Counsel patients and provide accurate, accessible drug information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals, clinical practices, and automated systems.
Offer guidance and oversight to pharmacy technicians, students, residents, and interns.
Support the orientation and ongoing training of new team members.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.
Perform additional responsibilities within the scope of licensure as assigned.
Active State Pharmacist License in good standing AND American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
