Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Nursing Administration team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Nursing department. This role is critical in maintaining effective communication, managing data, and supporting the daily needs of our nursing leaders and staff.

 

 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Nursing Administration team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, initiating orders as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

 

Job Requirements

  • High School Graduate required.
  • Previous Hospital or Medical Clinic experience preferred.
  • Medical terminology preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service, computer data entry, and telephone skills required.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
