CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state, CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology and critical care/pulmonary. We have also been voted as one of Arkansas Best Places to Work by Arkansas Business since 2019. As a Cook at St. Vincent, you will support the healing process by preparing meals and menu items for our patients, their visitors, and their caregivers. 

To be successful as a cook, you should be able to use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals that meet our customers’ expectations. Ultimately, a top-notch cook should be able to handle multiple food orders without compromising on quality. You also understand that cooking for patients requires extra diligence with sanitation protocols.  

• Prepares menu items according to standard recipes
• Maintains equipment in kitchen to standard
• Maintains kitchen area to state required sanitary standards
• Completes all tasks on duty while adhering to safety standards and policies of the hospital

• High School Diploma
• Cook Experience
