The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Candidates must have at least 2 Years of RN Work Experience to be eligible for this program.
