Job Summary and Responsibilities

Our next RN Residency program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours.  Our target candidates are baccalaureate-prepared nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program, and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee. 

 

New Graduate Cohorts will include:

  • Medical/Surgical
  • Telemetry
  • Operating Room
  • ICU
  • ED

Application period is open November 1, 2025  through November 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ONLY).  Applications must be received by the deadline, no exceptions.   • Current resume
  • Two (2) Letters of Reference from a clinical instructor and a current employer (if applicable). Please do not include more than 2 references. Letters of reference must be signed and on school/company letterhead. 
  • College transcripts from nursing course work (non-official is sufficient).

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program (Graduation 10/2024 or after). 
  • 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
  • An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required prior to start of program.
  • Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
