As a Charge Nurse, you will lead and clinically support staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient families. Be a role model, demonstrating technical and clinical competence while assisting staff with problem-solving and decision-making.

Two years of experience in the clinical specialty within the last three years preferred.
Prefer previous charge nurse experience.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare BLS Certification.
Specialty certification preferred.
