Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Gilbert, the Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, is a 198-bed, not-for profit hospital with more than 1,300 team members and almost 900 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. In 2014, Phoenix Children’s Hospital launched a 22-bed pediatric unit inside the hospital. Mercy Gilbert opened in 2006 and has been a vital part of the growing community. Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
Preferred:
This position will be on call on Monday nights during the week off on Tuesdays and also be required to cover call one weekend (Friday night Saturday and Sunday) every third weekend.
