As our Clinical Nurse Manager in the Neuro ICU you will help our patients receive the highest standard of care, improve patient experiences and ensure the team delivers quality care. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.
Every day you will lead a clinical team (nurses & aides) and inspire them to put our patients first. You will take pride in the quality of care we provide. You will have oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal responsibility. To thrive in this role, you must be competent and confident. Utilizing your excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups, you will tackle tough conversations and, above all, be an educator at heart.
