Are you a highly skilled administrative professional looking to make a significant impact? Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our Leaders and Directors.
In this senior-level role, you'll be instrumental in relieving our leadership of day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives. You'll apply your in-depth knowledge of our organization's objectives and viewpoints, representing the Leader/Director within your delegated scope of authority.
We're looking for someone with considerable knowledge of company organization, policies, and practices to exercise independent judgment in routine administrative decisions and approach non-routine situations effectively. You'll be proficient in various software programs, potentially developing moderately complex PC databases, spreadsheets, presentations, or graphic materials.
