St. Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region’s referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. Since 1952, St. Elizabeth has been serving the community in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.
In this role as a Physical Therapist, you will provide a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. You will also utilize rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position you will assume personal accountability for the organizational mission and core values.

This position offers a diverse caseload: 80% outpatient adult care and 20% inpatient setting experience. You'll also have exposure to pediatric cases. New Graduates are encouraged to apply!
