Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas has a full-time opportunity for a Cardiology Clinic Procedure Scheduler to join our team in Little Rock at our Heart Station Clinic. 

This is a great opportunity to join a cohesive, family-oriented team.  Our clinic offers great work hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) and flexibility!  We also offer tuition reimbursement for anyone that is interested in going back to school.  

  • Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
  • Coordinates multiple schedules/ GEMMS, Outlook, Google etc. 
  • Schedules hospital procedures, tests, outpatient services and return visits for multiple physicians
  • Collaborates with nurses and physicians to ensure clinics run smoothly
  • Effectively communicates appointments and instructions to patients 
  • Communicates with physician offices, medical supply companies, transportation and living facilities about patient care and appointments

Job Requirements

Education: High School diploma or general education degree.

 

Experience: 1 year experience in medical office preferred.
