In this administration role, you will be responsible for partnership and strategic direction with the designated regional value hub leadership. Aligning direction of operations, processes and infrastructure with Enterprise Population Health CommonSpirit's Population Health Service Organization (PHSO), including Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Divisional Value Hub Operations (VBOs) for CommonSpirit Health. CommonSpirit Health currently serves more than 2.6M people in value based agreements through a variety of local entity structures. This position ensures these entities are optimized in performance and growth, through alignment of population health improvement strategies and tactics, while driving efficiencies by standardizing certain functions and services through CommonSpirit's PHSO.
Essential functions will include:
- In partnership with Value Hub leadership, supporting EPH and local CIN Business Plans, including areas such as organization structure, clinical operations programs, multi-year financial planning and performance monitoring/improvement.
- In coordination with EPH/PHSO leadership, supporting administrative and governance structures for both regional value hubs and administrative functions. Serving as the EPH/PHSO liaison to administrative leaders for these functions.
- Facilitating development and communication of standard population health policies and procedures relation to value hub/ACO/CIN operations for and administers deployment of related services for designated regions.
- Supporting overall population health contract management and Service Level Agreements(SLAs) for EPH, CINs and ACOs. Serves as the liaison with EPH corporate legal counsel and compliance.
- Fostering a culture of data-driven improvement, humility, humanity, and kindness for the team.
- Aligning improvement strategies with administrative population health priorities.
- Supporting cross market/value-hub value programs, eg. Medicare Shared Savings (MSSP)
- Engaging with EPH leadership across CommonSpirit Health’s Clinically Integrated Networks, identifying and spreading administrative best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience in systems integration, operations management
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of value based care and population health service organizations.
