Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports internal and external recruiting process while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire on-boarding. This position may also execute full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions.

Job Requirements

Candidate must live in Arizona or Nevada  (Remote Role)

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years relevant work experience that demonstrates a high level of professionalism; excellent written and verbal communications skills and sound time-management skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to build and foster effective relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products is also required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college and prior experience in human resources
  • Previous recruiting experience and/or working knowledge of iCims including experience with full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions
  • Union environment experience a plus
