Job Summary and Responsibilities

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:   Works under the direction and supervision of the Assistant Administrator.  Assist Administration with Human Resource issues, Wellness, BT-WAN scheduling, and website maintenance.  Follow policy and procedures and the Mission and Philosophy of Community Memorial Hospital.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides support services for human resources by maintaining human resource files according to a defined format. Completes all new employee orientation paperwork and safety training. Coordinates yearly Open Enrollment with St. Alexius Human Resource Department.
  • Schedules educational sessions, new employee orientation, and all other informational meetings shown over the BT-WAN by coordinating with St. Alexius Telemedicine.  Keeps staff informed of all meetings and records attendance.
  • Maintains CMH website with changes made on monthly basis.  Monitors Facebook account for Community Memorial Hospital. 
  • Serves as Wellness representative for CMH.
  • Assists Administration with potential grant opportunities and researches requirements.

Job Requirements

Education:  High School Graduate.

Experience:   Experience as a medical or administrative secretary preferred.
