As our Clinical Pharmacist at CRMC, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you’ll help our doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications to help our patients feel better and recover from their illness or injury.
You’ll build trust in these interactions by reviewing every prescription in your queue. We never rely entirely on the computer to check for safety; we always use an expert for the final check. That’s you. You’ll review prescriptions for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, patient allergies or anything that looks unusual in your opinion.

This position is primarily responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care to our intensive care patients and will help expand our critical care
coverage. The incumbent must be an experienced or highly trained critical care practitioner that is able to provide and be responsible for drug therapy
outcomes for individual patients as an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. They will serve as a drug expert and consultant to physicians,

Minimum:
Current Arizona State Pharmacist License in good standing
Good communication skills. Ability to work under stress.
Previous experience with Pharmacy computer systems.
