Under direction of Barrow Neuro Analytics Center (BNAC) leadership, the Supervisor Neurology Registries is responsible for processes, and projects as assigned and assists with staff supervision and support. The Supervisor may also be responsible for the indirect supervision of professional, research, technical and administrative support staff assigned to the support assigned programs, projects and/or processes. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in support of assigned processes, projects, or program(s). This includes development, implementation, and evaluation of operating policies, procedures and standards; determining service levels commitments; developing and monitoring budgets; providing technical advice and/or oversight to staff or other departments; estimating and coordinating program/unit activities and associated costs; and executing required project activities. The Supervisor will also be responsible to engage in the support of professional growth and education activities for their assigned department and/or supervised staff. This role may require participation in additional assignments and/or activities as assigned.
