Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8a-630p (Off on Wednesday's)

 

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant (NOT Med Aide / CNA) to join our compassionate, patient-centered family medicine clinic! If you are an empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented healthcare professional excited about making a real difference in a diverse community, you'll fit right in.

 

As our Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant (NOT Med Aide / CNA), you will be the vital link between our patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality care for our diverse patient population. This is a dynamic role where you'll balance clinical and administrative tasks, bringing both your medical knowledge and language skills to the forefront every day.

 

**CHI Health requires that ALL Medical Assistants and Certified Medical Assistants MUST be a graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)
  • Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid 
  • Bilingual a HUGE plus but not a requirement
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
