Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • Technical/Functional
  • Enforces high patient care standards
  • Promotes professional environment and career development as retention strategy
  • Prepares and directs patient-care assignments based upon patient acuity and competency of available personnel.
  • Financial
  • Thoroughly understands and monitors financial performance:
    • a. Follows daily staffing targets and manages per guidelines and functions independently.
    • b. Communicates effectively with the department director and/or supervisor regarding productivity variance or staffing concerns.

Job Requirements

Required

  • One (1) to two (2)years of work experience.
  • Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics experience.
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN
  • Basic Life Support BLS CPR 
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP


Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Nursing - BSN
