As our Field Service Specialist II (FSS II) at Dignity Health Arizona General, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you are a crucial Technical Leader who helps ensure our patients get great care by keeping important diagnostic medical equipment working. This senior role provides mission-critical support through expert-level Preventative Maintenance (PM), complex equipment repairs on specialized systems and crucial communication with manufacturers and vendors.
Every day, you’ll be working between multiple facilities where you can expect to encounter patients and clinicians. Your daily routines can vary depending on equipment priorities, but your best days end with all of your maintenance tickets resolved and preventative maintenance checklists completed. Your success as our Field Service Technician is rooted in your knowledge and commitment to deliver a proper solution in a timely manner.
Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field required or military equivalent, education, graduate of technical program, or equivalent training validated through training certificates
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience, servicing medical imaging equipment such as General XRay (Rad, including but not limited to Rad Rooms, Portables and CArms)
