As a Regional Educator RN, you will lead the development and delivery of nursing and clinical education programs across our organization, supporting both foundational and advanced practice. Your role is vital in promoting professional growth and ensuring high care standards.
Every day you will plan, conduct, and evaluate diverse educational initiatives, orientations, and trainings for clinical staff. You'll collaborate with leadership and regional teams to enhance patient care quality and cost-effectiveness through strategic educational support.
