Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate and direct patient care, acting as a liaison and advocate for clinic providers, patients, and the organization under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Responsibilities will include administering injections and medications to a wide range of patients, from infants to adults

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Job Requirements

Required

  • This position requires the ability to triage and assess patients
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A basic knowledge of nursing
  • The ability to solve problems
  • Excellent technical, time management, and communication skills
  • Physical stamina
  • Experience in an ambulatory care setting
  • The ability to be multi-task oriented, the ability to work at a fast pace, and the ability to operate as a member of a team
  • A current Washington State Practical Nursing License
