As our Maternal Child Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you are an advanced practice registered nurse specializing in women's health. You will strategically enhance patient and family satisfaction while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Every day, you will include assessing patient/family needs, collaboratively planning and evaluating nursing care, and implementing coordinated care programs. An expert practitioner, you will optimize nursing practice through direct care delivery, staff development, consultation, and research.

The CNS assesses the needs of patients and their families within Women's Health, assists in the planning, execution, and evaluation of nursing care, and ensures the implementation of coordinated and effective care programs. This person is an expert practitioner whose goal is to realize optimum quality nursing practice through direct patient care, clinical staff development, consultation, and research.
