Psychiatric Nurse: Transform Lives. Lead with Compassion.

Are you a highly skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse driven to make a profound impact on individuals navigating complex mental health challenges? Join our exceptional team as a Psychiatric Nurse and play a pivotal role in providing holistic, trauma-informed care within a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status and safety evaluations. Apply expert intervention techniques.
• Facilitate psycho-educational groups and community meetings.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, optimizing patient outcomes.
• Serve as a relief Charge Nurse..
• Provide trauma-informed care and respond to emergency situations with combative or violent individuals.
• Record observations, behaviors, and interventions.

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Core Schedule: Week 1 Wed, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Mon

Required:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS within 30 days
• First Aid within 30 days
• Food Handler Permit within 30 days
• Driver's License with a clean driving record
