Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Professional, you will provide strategic expertise and dynamic execution in guiding our online presence, profoundly impacting our brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.

Every day you will expertly develop and implement digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize content for various platforms, and meticulously track trends to maximize reach and drive measurable results.

To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding creativity, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, data-driven demeanor, contributing to robust online growth and effective brand communication.

  • Support strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement through digital channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize customer journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, optimize, and maintain the organizations website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and customer resources, ensuring that it is user-friendly, accessible, and up-to-date with relevant information.
  • Manage organization’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, responding, and managing feedback to enhance the organization’s online reputation.
  • Support social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase followers and engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Support and monitor paid advertising campaigns such as search, social media, and display advertising to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI) to achieve campaign objectives.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in marketing, communications, or a related field., upon hire and
  • 4-6 years Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, website development and management, or related disciplines. and
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies. and
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe, SalesForce, Google, and Hootsuite. and
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising.
