Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Assess patients physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs considering diagnosis, age, care setting, desire for care and response to care plan
  • Plan care, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Deliver competent care as required by patient, plan of care, and care setting.
  • Evaluate patients responses to care.
  • Provide interactive patient and family education.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.

Job Requirements

Required

  • At least one year experience as an RN in a Critical Care unit
  • California RN license
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 months
