For more than 50 years, St. Anthony North Hospital has delivered optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton. Highlights of our campus include 60,000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics, ambulatory surgery center, birthing center with private birthing suites, Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 emergency services, over 150 inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services. Job description:

  • Provides a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards. 
  • Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.
  • Has obtained Board Certification in a recognized field of pharmacy practice. 

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or PharmD degree.
  • 1 year of Pharmacise experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works
  • Board Certification in a Pharmacy Specialty, based on the specialty title under which the employee works:
    • BCACP for Ambulatory Care Pharmacy
    • BCCP for Cardiology Pharmacy
    • BCSCP for Compounded Sterile Preparations Pharmacy
    • BCCCP for Critical Care Pharmacy
    • BCEMP for Emergency Medicine Pharmacy
    • BCGP for Geriatric Pharmacy
    • BCIDP for Infectious Diseases Pharmacy
    • BCNP for Nuclear Pharmacy
    • BCNSP for Nutrition Support Pharmacy
    • BCOP for Oncology Pharmacy
    • BCPPS for Pediatric Pharmacy
    • BCPP for Psychiatric Pharmacy
    • BCPS for Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist
    • BCTXP for Solid Organ Transplantation Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
