Position Summary:

Prepares the salad bar for lunch service and sets Assisted Living Dining Room food cart. In the morning, opens and prepares the kitchen for breakfast.

The person in this position is expected to know and support the mission and values of Dominican Oaks, and to apply the Dominican Oaks philosophy while performing daily job tasks. The person in this position must be able to work, communicate and cooperate with others and perform the following duties with little or no supervision.

Minimum:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Six (6)  months related experience and/or training required OR equivalent  combination of education and experience required. 
• Must have ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills required.
