• Plans, develops, organizes and implements the administrative functions and evaluates the performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services.
• Provides analysis of budgets, project proposals, and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas.
• Participates in development of administrative policies and procedures, tactical plans and programs for the healthcare facility.
• Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
