Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Work as a team member to meet team goals and objectives.
  • Work effectively under multiple demands and adjust priorities as circumstance requires to meet nursing/staffing needs of the department.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and precision on a consistent basis in the performance of nursing procedures.
  • Treat co-workers, physicians, patients, families, visitors, and the public with dignity and respect.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all hospital staff.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Current and valid CA Registered Nurse license
  • Has the ability read, speak and write English in order to perform the duties of the position
  • Will demonstrate current competencies and certifications required by each specific department
