The Neurodiagnostic Technologist I performs procedures according to facility policy and procedures. The Neurodiagnostic Technologist I can perform test set up, electrode application, and maintain patient safety during clinically significant events and other related duties. Communication skills are essential for this position.
Job Responsibilities (essential functions)
Applies electrodes in accordance with the ACNS guidelines.
Performs prescribed testing.
Reviews patient’s history and educates patient about procedure.
Monitors and documents patient’s condition and responds to and reports and adverse reactions.
Identifies and corrects for artifacts.
Edits and forwards results to attending physician for analysis and interpretation.
On call requirement per department policy

Monday: Jordan Valley Hospital, West Jordan
Tuesday: Mountain Point, Lehi
Wednesday: Salt Lake City (1100 E)
Thursday: Mountain Point, Lehi
Friday:
1st–3rd Fridays: Mountain Point, Lehi
4th Friday: West Valley City (Pioneer Pkwy)
