• Assess, plan, and evaluate individual patient care journeys.
• Educate and empower patients and families on wellness and health management.
• Ensure continuity of care by working closely with providers and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to protocols.
• Adapt and diversify by cross-training in areas like registration and phlebotomy.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in North Dakota or a compact state or LPN licensure.
