Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Performs appropriate nursing history and physical assessment upon admission & on an ongoing basis
  • Ensures that the patient is properly introduced to the unit & his/her surroundings upon arrival in unit
  • Completes assessment as reflected in nursing notes & admission history.
  • Provides baseline data pertaining to activities of daily living.
  • Reflects physiological condition & psychosocial needs of the patient. Reflects perceptions of patient and/or significant others of his/her problem(s) & his/her expectations of the present hospitalization
  • Provides information needed to begin discharge planning

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of accredited RN program
  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days of employment
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS, within 30 Days of employment
  • Basic Arrhythmia Class; passage of test within 30 days of employment


Preferred

  • Acute Care experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS
