Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Assessment and Patient Care
  • Provides necessary assessment , intervention and evaluation for Cath Lab patients, Uses multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Maintanis competence and functions independently with more complex treatments, procedures, and medical equipment such as set up and troubleshooting of IABP, Hemodynamic monitoring, Administration of Aniti-thrombolytic therapy, ECG monitors, cardiopulmonary arrest, perform activated clotting times (ACTs).
  • Act quickly and appropriately in life-threatening emergency situations.
  • Willingly participates and adheres to NPSG and The Joint Commission core measures to ensure safe patient care.
  • Holding room, Receives patients from nursing units and outside hospitals, Assesses pre-procedure needs and institues appropriate nursing care, provides post-procedure care following physician orders, directs transfer of post-procedure patients to appropriate nursing unit.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate Education level necessary to obtainrequired licensure and certifications Experience in Critical Care or EmergencyNursing required., upon hire or
  • Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire


Preferred

  • Previous Cath Lab experience, upon hire
