As our CT Technologist II, you will utilize advanced Computed Tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, playing a critical role in patient diagnosis and treatment in various clinical settings, including the mobile stroke unit. You will be instrumental in performing a diverse range of complex CT scans, implementing performance improvement activities, and assisting in equipment/procedure evaluations.
Every day you will meticulously perform CT scans based on physician orders and established protocols, covering Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Neuro, Cardiac, and Interventional Procedures. You will expertly operate state-of-the-art CT imaging equipment, administer contrast media, and perform detailed work-ups and reconstructions on 3-D workstations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess current ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications. You must also hold active state licensure as a Medical Radiographer (MRAD:AZ) and CT Radiology Tech (CTRAD:AZ), and BLS-CPR certification. A minimum of three years of CT experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle complex cases.
