As an Oncology RN, you will effectively collaborate with physicians, other registered nurses, specialized departments, and community resources to provide patients with the education and resources needed to build a comprehensive care plan, particularly at discharge.
Every day, you will build trust through compassionate interactions, utilizing your critical thinking skills to recognize that each patient requires a custom care plan tailored to their unique oncology journey.
