With a new 22,000 sq. ft. expansion, we are growing to provide even greater cancer care to our neighbors in western Denver. Our multidisciplinary team includes top surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, oncology-certified nurses, genetic counselors, and dedicated support staff—all working together to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. We offer comprehensive services in Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Surgical Oncology. Our care model combines advanced treatments like chemotherapy and radiation with integrative therapies including acupuncture and massage. Responsible for coordinating and implementing post-discharge plans in coordination with the Case Managers through the use of Extended Care Information Network (ECIN). They are also responsible for assisting with advocacy and referrals to other community resources.

 

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Graduate of Accredited Master's in Social Work Program
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, required
  • Knowledge of community resources used for discharge planning, hospital operations, excellent communication/presentation skills, knowledge of third party payment systems, Medicare/Medicaid programs.
  • Maintains current knowledge base of community services through continuing education.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and maintain organization.
  • Computer skills.
