St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN. As our Charge Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you will manage, supervise, and coordinate the care of residents on their neighborhood on the PM shift by performing the essential functions of the position.

• Evaluates activities of the neighborhood to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service
• Evaluates to ensure standards of care and Federal/State regulations are followed
• Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team
• Serve as a resource for staff
• Supervise PM shift staff
• Review and update care plans as needed
• Complete MDS assessments as assigned

We are offering a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Required

• Registered Nursing degree
• Registered Nurse: MN
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)

Preferred

• Two - three (2-3) years experience
