As an Admissions Coordinator, Rehab, you will be a specialty clinical position used exclusively in Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF), which are governed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). You will report to the Director of Rehabilitation Services for assigned facilities IRFs.
Every day, you will play a crucial role in managing the admission process for patients requiring comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation. This involves meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict regulatory guidelines, and compassionate communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions into our care.
To be successful in your role, you will strategically manage the admission process for Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF), ensuring strict compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) regulations. You will demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless coordination with diverse stakeholders, all to facilitate optimal patient admissions and support the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.
