Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 400 providers and 1200 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic, research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

  • Acts as a resource and a role model.
  • Complies with HIPAA standards.
  • Seeks opportunities to increase skills and/or knowledge.
  • Participates in department's productivity measures.
  • Patient flow: Able to effectively coordinate physician time, patient schedule, and clinical duties of care team. Demonstrate initiative and flexibility with day to day activities.
  • Demonstrates behavior consistent in promoting excellent patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM

  • Completion of RN program
  • Greater than two years of RN experience
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR

PREFERRED

  • Bachelors BSN
  • Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience
