Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment
plan agreements and Medicare coverage.

High School Graduate/GED
Six months of customer serviceexperience in finance, physician office or clinic, insurance, banking, etc.
Basic Life Support - CPR
