As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess and develops a plan of care.
• Provides case management and documents skilled care, treatments and diagnostic procedures.
• Completes and documents initial evaluation of assigned patients.
• Assesses patient status and skilled nursing needs on admission and each subsequent visit.
• Prepares recertification, discharge summaries and all federally required data entry and/or forms for Medicare.

Shift: 8am - 5pm

Core Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri; Includes On Call Rotation

Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered!

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS within 30 days
• Two years acute care nursing experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Oregon Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Preferred

• One year Hospice experience
