Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Financial Professional, you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health.

Every day you will analyze financial data, interpret complex information, and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to record and interpret data in Clinic Practice Management Software without error. Familiar with insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid and insurance filing deadlines. Able to calculate payment due and collect appropriate amounts. Able to document collection information and perform detailed work accurately and timely.
  • Reasoning Abilities: Exhibits ability to identify errors that could have occurred by others in the Clinic Software to bring to Manager’s attention for resolution and prevent further error in the Hospital software.
  • Teamwork Orientation : Works cooperatively & collaboratively with others toward the accomplishment of shared goals.
  • Achieves Results: Reflects a drive to achieve and outperform. Accepts responsibility for actions and results.

Job Requirements

Required
  • High School Graduate or
  • High School GED and
  • None, upon hire and

Preferred
  • Preferably 2 years or more experience in medical clinic and patient collections and
  • General familiarity with medical insurance, CPT and diagnosis codes and
