• For each assigned patient the nurse prepares an individualized nursing assessment, using professional judgement to seek pertinent data utilizing interviews and observation techniques.
• Performs assessment on pediatric and geriatric patients taking into consideration the physiological and anatomical differences specific to each age group.
• Assumes responsibility for guiding other clinical nurses through comprehensive assessment process.
• Identifies specific patient problems, determines their common interrelationships, and establishes priorities for plan of care.
• Observes, identifies and collects data to identify nursing care needs of the patients.
• Plans for direct care and collaboration with other clinical nurses in care planning process.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Registered Nurse: CA RN License
• Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days 
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days 
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days 

Preferred

• Wound Care Certified
