As our Clinical Educator LVN, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for Dignity Health Medical Foundation clinical staff (medical assistants and nursing staff), with the goal of improving job knowledge, enhancing skills, and ensuring that clinical staff are able to provide excellent support for physicians and patients.
Every day you will be responsible for New Employee Orientation of clinical staff, as well as ongoing education, one on one coaching and development as well as program and process development for clinical personnel. The Clinical Educator is responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership to the non-physician clinical staff, along with leadership and oversight of training and development of supervisors, leads, and employees across the organization. Position ensures clinical services are effective, meets all regulatory requirements, and provides patients with quality health care utilizing appropriate staff resources.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills, the ability to present information to various audience levels, and a passion for high-quality patient care.
As a remote employee, we will provide you with the equipment needed to work from home, including a laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories.
This position is hybrid in-clinic (will travel to clinics throughout the Greater Sacramento area) and work from home.
