Acts as a resource for the Patient Access Department and patient access supervisor. Assist with hiring.
Responsible for training new staff, auditing charts, and process/policy implementation. Assist Facility
Administrator at their request.
Required
1 year of recent medical office, hospital registration, or banking experience and
2 years of customer service experience and
Basic Life Support - CPR
Preferred
Associates Other or a combination of education and job-related experience and
1 year of management, supervisor, or lead experience
Medical terminology, insurance verification, Collections, Schedule maintenance
Service recovery & conflict resolution
