Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a highly organized and meticulous individual with a knack for translating complex information into clear, actionable guidelines? We're seeking a proactive Policy Procedure Coordinator to play a crucial role in maintaining the highest operational standards at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. In this vital position, you'll be the architect behind our institutional knowledge, ensuring clear communication and consistent practices across all departments.

  • Coordinate and maintain all institutional policies through our online management system.
  • Conduct impactful research, including evidence-based literature searches, to shape best practices.
  • Support policy development through meeting coordination and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Ensure seamless access and understanding of critical information across the entire organization.

Job Requirements

  • High School Graduate / GED required.
  • 1-3 years Minimum of related experience.
  • One (1) year of experience working with policy management required. 
  • Fire Safety (within 90 Days of start date) required.
