Are you an EMT who loves making a tangible difference, thrives in a warm, family-focused environment, and wants to be a pivotal part of comprehensive patient care?

CHI Health is looking for a stellar Clinic EMT / Paramedic to join our bustling Lakeside Family Medicine clinic!

We’re not just patching up scrapes; we're building lasting relationships, supporting health journeys for entire families, and being the go-to resource for our community's well-being. As our Clinic EMT, you'll be the reliable, quick-thinking backbone of our medical team, ensuring every patient – from toddlers to grandparents – feels safe, cared for, and understood.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the immediate point of contact for urgent situations, calmly assessing patients of all ages, providing immediate care, and initiating protocols like the seasoned pro you are. You'll be the comforting presence when unexpected bumps and sniffles arise!
  • Efficiently drawing blood (sometimes from the smallest arms!), collecting specimens, and preparing them for diagnostic testing. You're a crucial link in getting accurate answers for the whole family.
  • Preparing patients for examinations, assisting providers during various procedures, and ensuring they (and their caregivers) are comfortable, informed, and respected every step of the way. You're their advocate, guide, and often, a source of reassurance.
  • Helping to manage patient flow, escorting families to exam rooms, and ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently. You're the behind-the-scenes maestro making sure appointments stay on track.

If you are ready to bring your incredible EMT skills and compassionate heart to a clinic where everyone feels like family, we encourage you to apply today!

**If you are an LPN or have completed your medical assistant degree and are interested, please apply! We are open to all titles! (Pay will differ per position, please apply to chat with a recruiter!)
