As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice.
• Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
• Applies negotiation and conflict management strategies.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement on nursing unit and actively participates in the implementation.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensure Active RN License in good standing with the state of Arizona
• Certifications Current American Heart Association BLS (upon hire) and American Heart Association ACLS (obtained within 6 months of hire)

Preferred

• One (1) year recent acute care RN experience
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
