As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, you will provide comprehensive circulating support within a surgical department featuring 4 OR suites, and a GI suite. Our team manages a monthly volume of approximately 250–300+ cases, covering a wide range of services including General, Orthopedics (Totals, Sports Medicine, and Trauma), GYN, C-Sections, Podiatry. We serve all age groups, excluding neonates to two-year-olds. In this role, you will be fully cross-trained to support all service lines, ensuring maximum operational flexibility. Your daily responsibilities include providing intraoperative support, such as managing sterile instruments and supplies, facilitating efficient room turnovers, and restocking for the following day’s cases. Throughout the surgical process, you will serve as a dedicated patient advocate, providing break relief and clinical assistance to ensure seamless care delivery.

We are offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus in addition up to $10,000 relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Schedule: 36hrs/week - Days- Variable shifts per surgical volume and current unit needs.
Call is required for all FT employees. 4-6 Shifts per month- Call in rotation with OR team
