Serving over 100,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including a Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, heart care, cancer care, women’s health, and neurology. As our Family Birth Center Leader, you will help our nationally recognized team deliver unparalleled care and empower mothers with complex needs so they can receive the highest level of medical attention for both mom and baby, ultimately improving outcomes for a diverse and high-risk patient population.

• Possesses significant experience leading a Family Birth Center through transformation. Understand the intricacies of driving change and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

Required: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years related nursing experience AND one (1) year of leadership experience in the specialty
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - American Heart Association
• NRP certificate within six (6) months of hire
