Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Family Birth Center Leader, you will help our nationally recognized team deliver unparalleled care and empower mothers with complex needs so they can receive the highest level of medical attention for both mom and baby, ultimately improving outcomes for a diverse and high-risk patient population.

Every day you will lead by example and inspire excellence within an award-winning team, ensuring the continued success of a facility recognized with an Advanced Certification in Perinatal Care. You will be expected to leverage cutting-edge resources, dedicated internal support, and innovative practices to uphold our mission as a not-for-profit hospital serving the community.

  • Possesses significant experience leading a Family Birth Center through transformation. Understand the intricacies of driving change and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

Job Requirements

 

Required: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years related nursing experience AND one (1) year of leadership experience in the specialty
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - American Heart Association
  • NRP certificate within six (6) months of hire
